About Leo
How do you turn lived experience into presence, story and connection?
I'm Leo Russo, Argentine living in Lübeck, Germany. For many years I worked in Argentina in events, performance, dance, music and production. I started very young — at 15 — organizing social events. Over time that path expanded into weddings, shows, karaoke, animation, coordination and conducting experiences for very different audiences.
My training was always shaped by body, word and stage. I studied dance, musical theatre, singing, radio voice, ceremonial and communication. I learned to use voice, movement, presence and narrative as tools to connect with people.
Migrating to Germany opened a new chapter. I arrived with a history, a profession and an identity built in Argentina — and with the need to translate myself into another language, another culture, another way of life. In that process I discovered that my experience didn't have to be left behind. It could be transformed.
Today I work as a tour guide, cultural communicator and experience creator. I tell cities, accompany travelers, develop community projects and build a personal brand that unites the artistic, the cultural and the human.

Return to the Axis is a personal and cultural architecture for thinking through processes of change, migration, loss, reconstruction and return to one's inner center.
It is not therapy, not motivational coaching, not superficial spirituality. It is a framework for contemporary exploration that integrates presence, body, awareness, personal narrative and life structure.
